Exceptional situation in BRALO after the cessation of activities in Spain by the COVID-19 – Updated to March 29th
Dear customers and suppliers,
Yesterday, the government announced the closure of all non-essential activities from tomorrow, March 30th, until Thursday, April 9th, inclusive. As a consequence, we are forced to stop our production activity during this period and will not be able to send or receive orders from our facilities in Pinto. Part of our team will remain active from home. The entire management team is at your disposal for any questions you may have.
- Today, Sunday the 29th, we are carrying out one last urgent shipment for international customers so that we can attend to our closest commitments from our subsidiaries in Europe.
- If an additional supply is necessary, we will try to rise to the occasion and provide the necessary material from the European subsidiaries where the activity is still allowed.
- As you know we also have our plants in Mexico and China in operation; the latter is fully operational and if necessary, and for international customers we will be able to jointly evaluate urgent shipments if necessary.
- Throughout today and tomorrow we are contacting Spanish customers considered essential (those ones producing medical and hospital material), to ensure that they have everything they need to continue giving full support.
We hope that this situation will be solved soon and that we will be able to recover the normality that we all expect; knowing the changes of the moment, we will continue working to reinforce the protocols for future scenarios and to give the greatest transparency to our clients, suppliers and collaborators.
If you have any questions, your usual contact at BRALO will be at your disposal to resolve them through the usual channels.
When this situation passes, and we return to our normal activity, we hope that you will continue to trust BRALO as always, in the meantime #StayAtHome
