It is a mechanical blind fastening element that ensures a strong, resistant and reliable thread. The Bralo insert nut is the most universal one and has been especially designed to work with resistant materials in applications where an assembly of rear components are required.

DescripTION

It is a mechanical fastener that provides a thread feature in applications with a single side access. It is available in aluminium, steel and stainless steel, with different protective coatings that avoid the effects of external agents.

It is a universal insert nut suitable for applications involving very resistant materials where a hexagonal drill is not possible. It is particularly used in leveling work.

Customized special round body insert nut. It can be manufactured in aluminium, steel or stainless steel, with open or closed end.

One of Bralo’s commitments are to find ways to exceed all our customers needs. Consequently, we offer the widest range of finishes and protective coatings for insert nuts in the market.

To avoid the effects of external agents, this Insert Nut is available in a galvanic zincating. This zinc coating protects steel from rust and corrosion, improving the visual aspect of the item at the same time. Depending on the required strength in each application, there are various available zincating options: the galvanic one, where the zinc is the only metal that forms the suffering layer and the nickel zincating, with a resistance twice as high as that of the normal zincating, making it suitable for automotive and weather resistant applications. The latter is also available in a transparent, shiny look that can be silver or black.
