Description
Standard rivets are blind rivets with a breaking mandrel. They are designed for the fastening, in a fast and simple way, of all kind of materials, when a especially high torque force is not needed.
Bralo Standard Rivet is available in a wide range of diameters: from 2.4 mm to 7.8 mm., covering a wide grip range (from 0.8 mm to 185 mm).
Along the same line, the variety of materials are huge and so are the finishing options; from lacquering to the different protective coatings, the customisation possibilities are infinite.

Dome Head It is the most versatile type of head. It provides enough bearing surface to retain all kinds of materials, except those extremely smooth and brittle. |

Countersunk Head This type of head allows the riveting of a bigger thickness and it is designed to obtain a flat surface, free of projections. |

Large Head It provides double the bearing area compared to the dome head one and offers a great resistance. They are designed for applications where a soft or brittle material must be assembled to a rigid support material |

Finishes
Bralo have no limits when it comes to variety. Our intensive search for materials and our constant use of innovative technology have established the widest range of finishes in the market.
Bralo standard rivets are available in an infinity of lacquering with liquid epoxy painting. From black to white, we have a range of over 50 RAL colours and we can make special lacquering under request.
For a maximum corrosion resistance and durability of our steel rivet, we can apply different protective coatings, whether zincating or organic coatings such as Delta or Delta-Seal Protekt. Another option is anodising, available only for aluminum , that protects the rivet from abrasionand saline corrosion agents and allows it to be tinted in a wide variety of colours.
