Bralo’s desire for constant improvement of its products and services, leads us to manage the quality system based on ever more demanding standards.

In Bralo, the activity is programmed in close collaboration with the company’s operational units. This planning also includes the procurement of R & D with universities and external organizations, always with the goal of achieving maximum efficiency and quality.

All our plants are ISO 9001:2008 certified. In addition to this, and as a clear example of our commitment to quality, we also have quality certifications ISO TS 16949:2009, the referential norm for big automotive groups.

To carry out the experimental work that ensures our customers’ specifications we have:

• A laboratory equipped for the small-scale studying of operations and processes.
• Equipment for the chemical and structural analysis of products and raw materials.
• A complete metallographic laboratory.
• Physical-chemical test equipment for the testing of water tightness and corrosion.
• Equipment for the modelling and simulation of industrial processes.
• Mechanical testing equipment for wire and parts to record the supported resistance, deformations, elastic limits and repeatability.
• Equipment for measuring the thickness of protective coatings.

All these control systems and process analysis reflect exactly those control systems of the production processes carried out within the plant, where all the metrology equipment is integrated in a modern system of "Shop Floor Control" ,allowing us to know at any time the traceability data, the process parameters, the final and inspection status of each and every one of the manufacturing elements.
